Australian sustainable packaging innovator TomKat Global Solutions has opened expressions of interest for its upcoming wholesale equity raise on VentureCrowd, as it seeks to accelerate the global commercial rollout of its KoolPak reusable packaging system.

The raise aims to fund TomKat’s next phase of growth as it expands operations in Thailand, following its recently announced exclusive supply agreement with Sekisui Foam Australia and Thai Sekisui Foam – a partnership that secures the advanced foam materials central to KoolPak’s patented design. The agreement was signed in Bangkok earlier this month during Australia’s Green Economy business mission to Sustainability Expo 2025.

Developed to replace single-use polystyrene packaging in cold chain applications, KoolPak is a reusable and recyclable packaging system proven to reduce carbon emissions on an industrial scale. The technology is protected by five patent families and has been validated through national and international pilots across food, pharmaceutical and e-commerce supply chains.

“This raise gives investors the chance to be part of a real solution,” said Tom Long, co-founder of TomKat Global Solutions. “KoolPak isn’t a concept – it’s proven, protected and ready to scale.”

Since its inception, TomKat has raised $4.3 million in early funding and generated initial revenue through pilot sales. The company has also secured Thai Board of Investment approval and incentives to establish a new manufacturing facility in Chon Buri, Thailand, which will be equipped with advanced automation and robotics to support global scale-up.

Co-founder Kath Long said the foundation is now in place to drive international expansion. “This next stage will allow us to deliver reuse-first packaging at scale and lead the transition to a low-carbon future,” she said.

The VentureCrowd equity raise is open exclusively to wholesale and sophisticated investors, who can register their interest at venturecrowd.com.au.

With the Sekisui partnership providing the supply base and the capital raise enabling manufacturing expansion, TomKat is positioning itself as a global leader in reusable cold chain packaging, aligning innovation, sustainability and trade across the Asia-Pacific region.
