PKN is proud to acknowledge the companies and organisations that have aligned with the awards this year, demonstrating their commitment to advancing leadership, diversity and excellence across the industry.

Leading the program as Platinum Sponsor is Amcor, a global packaging leader with a long-standing focus on innovation and sustainability.

Gold Sponsor HMPS joins the program with its strong reputation in packaging machinery design and manufacturing, reinforcing the importance of recognising operational and technical leadership.

Supporting the awards at Silver level are Avery Dennison, Impact International, Orora and TNA – each playing a significant role across materials, labelling, manufacturing and processing.

At Bronze level, BioPak, Currie Group, Detpak and Heat and Control have also reaffirmed their support

Returning as Association Partner is the Australasian Institute of Packaging (AIP), whose ongoing commitment to education, professional development and technical excellence makes it a natural ally for the program.

Advocacy Partner once again is the National Association of Women in Operations (NAWO), which continues to champion gender equity and inclusive leadership within operational and manufacturing environments.

More than brand alignment

Sponsorship of the PKN Women in Packaging Awards is more than brand visibility. It is a clear signal of values.

"By supporting a program that celebrates leadership excellence and elevates female role models, sponsors demonstrate to employees, customers and stakeholders that they are serious about talent development, diversity and building inclusive cultures," says PKN national sales manager, Sharon Amos

In an industry navigating sustainability targets, regulatory reform, skills shortages and rapid technological change, diverse leadership is not peripheral – it is central to innovation and long-term resilience.

"Association with an independent, industry-recognised awards platform strengthens employer branding, enhances corporate reputation and connects organisations with emerging talent across the sector," Amos adds.

Shared purpose, collective impact

The breadth of support across sponsors and partners reflects a shared understanding: recognising and amplifying the achievements of women in packaging benefits the entire industry.

PKN extends its sincere thanks to all sponsors and partners for their continued backing in 2026. Their support enables the program to grow in reach and influence, ensuring that the stories of exceptional women in packaging are celebrated not only at the awards event in Melbourne on 25 June, but across print, digital and social platforms throughout the year.

Strong industry backing sends a powerful message – leadership excellence in packaging matters, and it deserves to be seen.
