PKN talks... Advancing the circular economy in Australia, with Bronwyn Voyce, founder of Civic Futures Lab.

In this episode, Lindy Hughson, managing editor and publisher of PKN Packaging News, talks with Bronwyn Voyce about plastic resource recovery and the Great Plastic Rescue project.

Bronwyn shares the history of the lab and how the project works with organisations to recover plastic waste from their operations.

We get an insight into how the plastic is valued, the challenges faced when commissioning organisations, as well as the shortage of soft plastics recycling capacity in Australia.

We also dive into how Great Plastic Rescue tackled a pallet shortage and advancing the circular economy for commodities in Australia.
