Profile Solutions will be returning to the Australian Pavilion at ProPak Asia this year to showcase its 4LD plastic bottle leak tester.

Profile Solutions has been designing and manufacturing leak testers since its establishment in 1993.  In 1998, the company started selling the leak testers under the Profile Solutions brand, which have since been exported to 35 countries.

According to the company, for over two decades it has manufactured the world’s fastest single head leak tester. [In a test run, the company says, it was able to test a small container around 10-15cc and find a hole 0.18mm in a peak run at 17,475 per hour on one head].

At ProPak Asia, Profile Solutions will showcase a working 4LD Plastic bottle leak tester capable of testing >4500 small bottles per hour, which is also flexible enough to test up to 6L containers.

Profile Solutions offers leak testing and automation solutions for containers ranging  from 10ml to 1000L. The company says a large proportion of all the bottles filled in Australia have been tested on a device made by Profile Solutions. Its automation solutions have been developed mainly in conjunction with blow moulding machines including bung inserters, rotators, transfer devices, dust cap placement and palletisers using CNC 5 axis and linear robots. The company has also made very short cycle time stacking devices.
