You already know that the health of your anilox roll and cleanliness of your printing plate are the two most important determinants of the quality of the prints you produce.

Aldus' reputation stands on ensuring that your prints are top quality. You will find a Microclean anilox roll system in almost every wide or narrow web plant in Australia and New Zealand. Aldus has sold more than fifty of them.

Aldus partners these with ViceroyLint Free wipes, widely used in the plate processing and cleaning process.

Now Aldus is able to add the MARCHETTI SRL range of flexo plate washing machines to its packages. It has recently been appointed Australian & New Zealand distributor by MARCHETTI SRL.

MARCHETTI Bologna Italy is a major manufacturer of plate washing and processing equipment in Europe, established in 1986 that sells more than 4000 machines per annum to over 40 countries worldwide.

MARCHETTI plate washers range in size from the smallest model Orion 45, with a maximum width of 450mm, to the #140 for the wide web flexo printing industry. The entire range is safe and easy to operate with no special skills required. It completes a total cleaning of any kind of ink from the plate, followed by rinsing and drying, which then allows the cleaned plate to be stored.

The machine is a strong unit with a PVC tank and internal parts in stainless steel. It is finished with acid resistant paint. A microprocessor controls the whole working cycle: washing, rinsing, drying, as well as the feeding speed. The machine has two tanks, containing the washing liquid and the rinsing liquid respectively. Liquids are introduced into the tanks through pumps. The washing liquid and the rinsing water are constantly recycled and filtered, allowing to save in use and respect the environment.
