As an accessible packaging researcher for Arthritis Australia, Brayshaw is seeking to answer this question as part of her research project for the Diploma in Packaging Technology.

She chose to undertake a survey aiming to identify food and drink packaging which causes consumers the most difficulty when opening, removing, or using a product.

And now she wants to see if the packaging industry’s perception matches consumer reality.

Share your perspective by completing her 5-9 minute survey here.

The survey will close on Tuesday 17 April.

Participants will receive a summary of the survey results in late May, or can hear some of the project's highlights at Alexandra’s presentation at the Australian Institute of Packaging (AIP) National Conference on 2 May.
