The Pentawards is opening for entry and here’s what the organisers have put into them so that they're very good to enter: 

If you win:

1: Your creations will get to wear with a prestigious award backed by the applause of twelve international packaging design professionals, chaired by Gerard Caron.

2: You will get your prize in London (an event not to be missed on any account, they say) 

3: You’ll have your winning creations posted on the Pentawards site with a link to your own site. 

4: And have your winning designs featured in the press throughout the world in many magazines, sites and blogs. 

5: The Diamond Pentaward winner will receive, in addition to the trophy, an Esko Suite14 software package worth EUR5,000

6: A Sleever International special prize will be awarded to the best creation in a limited series (worth EUR5,000) 

7: The Platinum Pentaward from the Luxury category will receive a booth at the next Luxepack Fair in Shanghai (worth EUR5,000) 

8: All the winners will be published in 2016 by Taschen in a book that is known to be a showcase of the world’s best packaging. And you will receive a complimentary copy of this reference book.

How to Enter:

Entry period: 9 March to 24 April 2015

There are 55 categories divided into 5 major sectors: Food – Beverages – Body - Other Markets – Luxury 

Enter online by 

  • 1. Uploading up to 5 different visuals of each of your creations (in .jpg format; RGB; Minimum: 700 kB, Maximum: 1 MB)
  • 2. Completing the registration form
  • 3. Pay the entry fee with a credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Paypal).

Eligible packaging was created or placed on the market after 1 January 2014.

Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum Pentawards are awarded by category. The best of the show is awarded the Diamond Pentaward.

The Pentawards ceremony will be presented on the 26 September in London.
