Ahead of its inaugural World Congress in Germany next month, the Active and Intelligent Packaging Industry Association (AIPIA) explains some of the benefits of the emerging generation of “smart” packaging techniques in this latest video presented by PKN TV.

The short video highlights how high technology solutions are revolutionising packaging, and bringing benefits throughout the packaging supply chain, from manufacturer to the consumer.

The federal government has confirmed it will not proceed with the Tax Laws Amendment (Incentivising Food Donations to Charitable Organisations) Bill 2024, saying the legislation contains “deficiencies that compromise its policy intent”, even as food insecurity remains at record levels across Australia.
