Esko has announced its plans for Labelexpo Europe, to be held at the Brussels Expo in Belgium from 29 September to 2 October.

Esko's VP EMEA Armand Gougay says the company will display solutions for label and packaging converters who wish to build consistency and flexibility in their production workflows.

“Labelexpo Europe is always a great show for us,” he says.

“We're keen to keep learning about the things that keep printers, converters and brand owners awake at night, and advise them on best practices to address their pain points.”

The Esko team will show attendees how to improve profitability by implementing smart prepress, automated workflow, best-in-class flexo, colour management, and systems integration.

Its software solutions cover design-over-prepress, workflow automation, proofing and colour, and the printed job.

Bundled under Esko Software Suite 14, the company claims its software solutions optimise cost, streamline workflows and improve overall quality and consistency regardless of whether labels are produced digitally, in offset, flexo, gravure or screen print.

Esko will also demonstrate its Esko Automation Engine, a modular workflow server, and the web-based platform WebCenter.

Also on show will be its portfolio of digital flexo plate imagers which can be integrated with software and services.

Esko’s partners at Labelexpo Europe 2015 will include press manufacturers Gallus, Nuova GIDUE, HP Indigo, Mark Andy and Nilpeter; plate vendors Dantex, DuPont, Flint, Fujifilm and MacDermid; and software partners CERM and CHILI Publish.
