CHEP is offering customers $100 discount on CeMAT Australia conference and workshop attendance fees.

CeMAT is the world’s leading fair on intralogistics and materials handling, and it is coming to Australia for the first time in May 2015. It is organised by Deutsche Messe, the largest and most successful event company in the world.

CeMAT is held every two years in Hannover, Germany. It is also staged in Russia, Asia, India and South America.

CeMAT AUSTRALIA 2015 will feature an exhibition covering five specialist areas and a conference led by industry experts. The conference will focus on automation in the supply chain as a key driver to growth, and will explore what the future holds for warehousing, distribution and the materials handing industry.

CHEP Customer solutions manager, Dean Parsons stated, “CHEP will be attending the event to showcase our supply chain solution capabilities and we’re pleased to be able to offer our customers a bit of a discount if they choose to attend too.”

The Customer Solutions team works with manufacturers, packaging and materials handling clients to understand their supply chain problems and deliver solutions that reduce costs and improve efficiencies.

For example, last year CHEP launched the new Retail Display Pallet in direct response to its customers’ wish list. The pallet has a wider range of manual handling equipment and is the first pallet of this size that can be beam racked.

Visit the CHEP website to obtain the promotional code which can be used to register for CeMAT with a discount.

CHEP will be at booth C1 during CeMAT, to help with specific questions and problems.
