Well-established as the premier trade show for the Australian packaging industry, AUSPACK, which celebrates its 30th anniversary this year, has evolved over the decades to include the full spectrum of packaging and processing machinery, components and  accessories.

This year's show, to be held at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre, looks set to be the most successful AUSPACK event to date. According to Luke Kasprzak, Industrial Division portfolio director at event organiser Exhibitions & Trade Fairs, the 2015 show will break a number of records. It has the most exhibitors (315 at last count, of which 80 are international), covers the largest floor space, and will host the largest educational program in the show's history.

“AUSPACK is a proven event and its growth is a positive sign that the industry is looking for the latest advanced technologies for integrating packaging and processing lines [and] solutions for increasing line productivity, versatility and efficiency,” Kasprzak says.

“In today’s competitive marketplace, having the latest technology in packaging and processing is a must. They [the exhibitors] are representing processing, filling, packaging machinery and equipment, inspection systems, conveying, robotics and automation, weighing, sealing, labelling, wrapping, bagging and materials handling.

“The show will display revolutionary product launches which soar to new heights in safety, security, automation and cost savings.

“Attending the 30th Anniversary AUSPACK is an absolute must for anyone looking to learn about the latest innovations in packaging and processing. Whether it’s visiting the exhibition or participating in the educational program, AUSPACK has something for everyone.”
