Exhibiting for the fifth consecutive time at PackExpo, this year in Las Vegas, APPMA is fostering strong business ties between US and Australian packaging and processing machinery companies.

For the Australian Packaging & Processing Machinery Association (APPMA*), partnering with its sister association in the US, the PMMI (The Association for Packaging and Processing Technologies), and exhibiting at the Association Partners Pavilion at PackExpo, serves to strengthen APPMA's international profile as one of the leading packaging and processing machinery associations in the world.

"The event offers global exposure for our member capabilities and access for companies looking for innovative Australian manufactured packaging and processing machinery and agency opportunities," APPMA chairman Mark Dingley said.

“We are also looking forward to once again sponsoring and being a participating exhibitor in the Amazing Packaging Race for 2017 and we are extremely proud of our small contribution to this fabulous event for packaging students in the US," he said.

The Amazing Packaging Race will take place on Wednesday, 27 September, during the last day of PACK EXPO Las Vegas and Healthcare Packaging EXPO 2017 in the Las Vegas Convention Centre. Participating students will compete on the nearly 900,000 net square feet of show floor space to complete a series of tasks assigned by exhibitors; one of which will be at the APPMA stand in the Association Partner Pavilion.
