Amcor has acquired Canadian container manufacturer Plastic Moulders for $31.7 million.
Amcor says the Toronto-based business has annual sales of about C$35 million (AU$36.9 million) and is at the forefront of new moulding and labelling technology.
The news comes less than a month after Amcor agreed to buy South America-based flexible packaging business Alusa for about AU$570 million.
Also this year, Amcor acquired Deluxe Packages and BPI China, and in 2015 bought Zhongshan Tiancai Packaging Company, Nampak Flexibles and Packaging India Private Limited.
