Quicktron Robotics is introducing its new generation of integrated goods-handling technologies, the QuickMix suite, to the Australian market.
The QuickMix suite includes G2P systems, QuickBin+, QuickBin Ultra, QuickCube and mixed picking workstations. It brings together tote-to-person, shelf-to-person, pallet-to-person, high-density storage and flexible transport functions within a single robot control system (RCS) platform.
In what the company describes as a hybrid solution for warehouse automation, QuickMix is designed for multi-robot collaboration and can adapt to a range of goods-handling scenarios. The company said QuickMix enables a single warehouse to support piece picking, full-case and pallet handling through a unified architecture that coordinates multiple device types and connects to business systems for end-to-end automation.
Quicktron said the system’s modular design allows for future expansion and aims to balance throughput, storage density and operating costs.
At the core of the suite is QuickCube, Quicktron’s pallet-level automation platform, which replaces conventional lifts with compact lifts embedded into rack rails. These work with four-way shuttle robots to achieve dense pallet storage. The system can also integrate G2P shelf-to-person modules by removing the bottom rack level, while submersible mobile robots and omnidirectional unmanned forklifts manage pallet transfers and loading.
The QuickCube system supports both full-pallet and case-pick operations, as well as replenishment for QuickBin Ultra high-density tote storage. QuickBin Ultra combines vertical tote-handling capability with bin pickers and movers that together enable up to 600 totes per hour at a single workstation.
Quicktron said QuickBin Ultra zones can link with existing tote-handling systems or conveyor lines for outbound picking, allowing for greater application flexibility. All systems are managed through Quicktron’s RCS platform to simplify operations and improve scalability.
Quicktron is showcasing QuickMix this week at CeMAT Asia 2025 in Shanghai and will present it again at LogiMAT 2026 in Germany.
