Calling all Australian and New Zealand packaging and processing professionals heading to interpack 2026 – this is your opportunity to connect on the global stage.

Leading industry associations APPMA and AIP, together with the interpack organisers, are inviting ANZ delegates to a casual networking event during the show. The gathering will include drinks, snacks and, most importantly, the chance to reconnect with industry colleagues, meet new contacts, and exchange insights from the world’s largest packaging and processing trade fair.

Held every three years in Düsseldorf, Germany, interpack is widely regarded as the most influential global event for packaging and processing. The 2026 edition will once again bring together thousands of exhibitors and visitors from across the entire value chain – from materials and packaging machinery to automation, robotics, sustainability solutions and digital technologies. For ANZ professionals, it offers a valuable window into emerging trends, global innovation and future-focused manufacturing strategies.

Against this international backdrop, events like the ANZ networking session play an important role. Trade shows can be fast-paced and overwhelming – carving out time to connect with familiar faces and new peers provides an opportunity to reflect on what you are seeing, compare notes, and strengthen regional relationships. It also reinforces the strong ANZ presence within the global packaging and processing community.

If you are planning to attend interpack, we encourage you to register for catering purposes and mark the date in your diary.
