CS Graphics has finalised a management buyout of Aldus Graphics, which will see the company take full ownership of the core distributor operations from Aldus.

For both companies, this marks what they describe as “an exciting new chapter”, with Aldus expressing full support of the transition and confidence that customers will experience minimal to no disruption during the changeover.

“At Aldus, we are incredibly proud of what this business has achieved and the strong foundation it has built,” said Frank Floriano, CEO of Aldus. “We are confident that CS Graphics will continue to deliver the same high levels of service, quality, and innovation that customers have come to expect. We wish the team every success as they begin this exciting new chapter.”

The newly-formed CS Graphics will be led by co-directors and industry veterans Chris Bodger and Sheetal Mishra, who bring decades of combined experience in the narrow web printing and converting sector.

“We're excited to launch CS Graphics as a dedicated partner for the ANZ label print and packaging industry,” said Bodger.

This management buyout allows us to focus entirely on what we do best – supporting our customers with the products, expertise, and service they need to succeed. CS are driven by customer service, customer satisfaction and customer success.”

CS Graphics will focus on delivering enhanced service and solutions to printing businesses throughout the region.

“Our transition from Aldus Graphics represents more than just a change of name. It's our commitment to building a company that truly understands and serves the unique needs of our valued customers,” added Mishra.

Both Aldus and CS Graphics are aligned in ensuring a seamless transition, with all existing customer relationships, contracts, and services continuing uninterrupted.

The establishment of CS Graphics is said to ensure continuity of service for existing customers, while positioning the company for strategic growth in the evolving print industry landscape.

The company will maintain its focus on distributor relationships with successful brands such as Mark Andy/Rotoflex, GEW, Maxcess, Rhyguan, DYM, Harper, Polywest, JM Heaford, Graymills and Enercon.
