The halls for IPACK-IMA 2025 are at full capacity, with sales now closed. The visitor promotion campaign is underway, offering free admission for those who pre-register in February.

According to Ipack Ima's managing director Simone Castelli, exhibition spaces were sold out well in advance, with over 1200 exhibitors confirmed. Of these, 30 per cent are international businesses from 27 countries, including the Netherlands, Turkey, China, France, and Germany.

"We are ready to host exhibitors and welcome visitors, working to provide them with dedicated initiatives and special promotions," Castelli said. The event will invite selected professionals from around 50 countries to strengthen its international profile.

Taking place from 27 to 30 May 2025 at Fiera Milano-Rho in Milan, Italy, the exhibition will cover eight halls, each focusing on different target markets:

  • Halls 1-3: Grain-based food
  • Halls 5-7: General food technologies and materials
  • Halls 6-10: End-of-line solutions
  • Hall 4: Liquid food and beverages
  • Hall 2: Non-food products and life sciences technologies

The event will highlight solutions and materials for processing and packaging, with previews of new technologies from around the world. The programme includes conferences and industry trend analyses, an international event dedicated to pasta, the Worldstar Packaging Awards, and other activities. Attendees who pre-register in February will receive free admission, with the ticket also granting access to Pharmintech by IPACK-IMA and the Innovation Alliance events, including GreenPlast, Print4All, and Intralogistica Italia.
