Heat and Control has entered into a partnership agreement with Hayssen, a local supplier of packaging flow wrappers.

Hayssen offers hygienic and easy-to-clean flow wrappers designed for a wide range of industries including snack foods, pasta, powders, frozen food, bakery, fresh food, confectionery, and salads.

Their flexible and easy-to-clean design offers quick product changeovers, durable construction, and waste minimisation technology.

Heat and Control business manager Robert Marguccio said the design engineering focuses on improving overall equipment efficiency and would deliver profitable results to Australian food manufacturers.

The Hayssen Flow wrappers can increase production speeds for packaging lines, with the new CO50 machine offering speeds of up to 200 packs per minute.

The ‘no-product, no bag’ feature and misplaced product-detection features minimise film waste while the long-dwell crimpers allow for superior seals, according to the company.

Food Frontier’s industry leading annual alternative proteins conference, AltProteins 24, is on in Melbourne on 10 October, with early bird tickets now available.
