HRS Heat Process Solutions will exhibit its corrugated tube and scraped-surface heat exchangers at AUSPACK this month, with the aim of demonstrating how they can improve heat transfer, energy efficiency and profits, as well as how they can be combined with other equipment to create turnkey solutions.

HRS corrugated-tube technology helps improve product flow and minimises fouling in its tubular heat exchangers, the company says, and can combine with other solutions to provide economic benefits over the life of the machinery.

According to Chris Little, sales director, customers value the company’s capability to provide end-to-end solutions that meet their individual needs.

“Even though we have a range of standard designs which are optimised for different uses and industry sectors, no two installations are the same, and so each heat exchanger is individually designed and built to meet the client’s specifications. This often means a full turnkey solution including additional equipment such as pumps, concentrators and aseptic fillers, all of which we also produce,” he said.

A recent project in the United States combined two Unicus Series scraped-surface heat exchangers with BP hydraulic pumps and AS Series multi-tube heat exchangers, as well as other equipment that made it a full turnkey solution, said Little.

“Once again, the client was impressed with the quality of the HRS equipment and the time spent at the planning stage on fully understanding the brief; however, they have said that what really impressed them was HRS’ ability to supply an entire solution, rather than just individual components," said Little. "That is something that HRS does around the world and we look forward to discussing possible projects at AUSPACK.”

HRS will exhibit on stand G020 at AUSPACK 2019 in Melbourne from 26-29 March.
