Processing and packaging systems provider tna has described itself as a 'one-stop-shop' for food production equipment and solutions as it prepares to exhibit at ProPak Asia.

Held in Thailand from 15-18 June, the show will give tna and others the chance to take visitors through an interactive experience as new turnkey solutions are demonstrated.

Tna Asia's general manager Paul Webster said he was pleased to be back at ProPak Asia for the fourth year running.

“With an expected turnover of US$3.23 trillion this year alone, the Asia Pacific food and beverage industry is booming,” he said.

“Following the recent acquisitions of FOODesign, Florigo, and Unique Solutions to our growing family of brands, tna now offers manufacturers a one-stop shop for food production equipment and solutions across a wide variety of applications including snacks, baked goods, potato specialities, and French fries.”

Equipment on display

On display at the tna booth will be the tna robag FX 3ci, a rotary vertical, form, fill and seal (VFFS) packaging system.

Compact and easy-to-clean, this turnkey system is designed to package at top speeds from a single tube with triple rotary jaw action for a wide range of products, from loose sugar-coated fruit sweets to pre-wrapped chocolate-covered hazelnuts.

As a result, the bagger ensures optimum productivity by improving performance up to 30 per cent in terms of output and reducing the number of rejects, while achieving much better throughput rates.

Attendees can also learn more about the tna robag’s additional innovative features, including the tna intelli-weigh omega 0314 multi-head scale, the patented tna hyper-detect metal detector and tna intelli-read bar code verification scanning system.
