A checkweigher is an essential part of a production line. Whether you wish to check the current nominal weight, the contents of pre-packed bags, or classify into different weight zones, a checkweigher can monitor your entire packaging flow at high speeds (up to 480 pcs/min).

Selpak’s Yamato checkweighers of the i-Series offer the best hygiene standards: IP67 and optional IP69K compliance allow for high-pressure and temperature water washing. The checkweighers are available with metal detectors, that can help ensure the quality of your production.

The checkweighers of the j-Series are HACCP and GMP compliant and provide a high level of hygienic safety for a wide range of applications. The tubular framework is SUS with open frame structure, which minimises dust accumulation. The conveyor belt is fully compliant and meets food hygiene laws. Checkweighers of the J-Series correspond to IP30 protection class.

Maximum speeds and reject devices available are dependent on product dimensions and weight. Contact the Selpak sales team for more information applicable to your specific project requirements.
