The Axelent X-Tray is a complete cable routing system based on wire trays that are smart and flexible quick to assemble.
Axelent sales director, Drew Hoxey, said, “The X-Tray wire trays integrate easily with Axelent’s machine guards making the combination the optimum choice in machine guarding and safety.”
He said the X-Tray range is suited for clean rooms and are easy to vacuum or clean with water.
“The unique feature of this range is that Axelent X-Trays do not require special tools to install ensuring that the solution is quick and easy to install and easily re-configurable for future changes to the facilities,” Hoxey said.
“The X-Trays range offers the longest spacing between support brackets on the market ensuring a cost-effective solution. Support distance can be increased, and fewer supports and parts are required which brings down overall costs for installation.”
Hoxey said Axelent X-Tray is designed and manufactured in a state-of-the-art warehouse and the design and product development team performs daily tests on the standard range of products to ensure consistent quality.
Axelent X-Tray can also be equipotentially bonded to secure protective bonding or functional bonding to ensure that the range complies with the highest demands on cable routing systems as laid down in IEC 61537. The range also covers all corrosion classes to meet requirements for extremely corrosive environments.
“By combining the Axelent X-Tray and X-Guard you achieve maximum flexibility from a minimum amount of material and turnkey solutions from one supplier make project implementations quick and easy,” Hoxey said.
Axelent is a global manufacturer of unique modular-designed X-Guard safety guarding and X-Tray cable tray systems and the McCue Pedestrian Barriers; all of which are designed to protect pedestrians, machines, forklifts, racking and your facilities.
