Local dip and yoghurt producer Chris’ has revised the packaging for its latest range following consumer feedback.

The company chose to re-release the Festivale Exotic Global Dips with a clear lid, allowing the dip to be easily stored in the fridge after the foil is removed.

The previous Festivale packaging, which was launched in July last year.

The outer packaging has also been enhanced to a simplified, clean design, while still retaining the block colours reflecting the range’s flavour profiles.

The plastic tub is supplied by United Plastics while the outer carton is from Orora.

The new packaging also includes photos of the ingredients as well as the dip itself, whereas before there was no imagery of the product.

The new tubs will be blue, in line with Chris’ official brand colour.

Feedback was gathered via social media and consumer surveys.

“Customers found the sleeve design didn’t reflect the product within,” head of brand marketing Megan Bata said.

The flavoured dips are now available through Woolworths stores nationally, with the re-release coinciding with the upcoming Commonwealth Games.

The new packaging design reflects the tub's contents.
