Omnia Technologies has launched Opera Omnia, a modular labeller by ACMI, its beverage division brand. The machine was first shown at Drinktec 2025 and is a complete redesign of the Opera model, ACMI’s best-selling labeller. It can handle roll-fed, cold glue, self-adhesive, and hot melt labelling, including combined applications.

Inspired by the automotive industry, the machine’s structure has been re-engineered for reliability and quality. The compact design reduces floor space requirements, while ergonomics and accessibility have been improved. Installation is rapid through plug & play technology, and the new HMI interface includes intuitive menus, customisable dashboards, AI integration for predictive diagnostics, and automatic format changeover. Format changeovers are fully automated: the correct parameters are set using a picture of the label.

The roll-fed unit features a rotary blade system and a ceramic-coated glue roller for precise label application. The architecture allows in-line integration, while automatic adjustment systems simplify operation. ACMI says the design reduces maintenance and optimises energy consumption.

Gianluca Laurentini, BU leader of ACMI Labelling Solutions, said, “Opera Omnia is not just a machine, it’s a new industrial model that combines the robustness of the automotive approach with the flexibility essential to the food & beverage sector.”
