Label design software developer NiceLabel is offering free subscriptions of its cloud-based labelling solution and technical consulting services to organisations that have joined the fight against Covid-19.

The company launched the non-commercial initiative to help the organisations move deliveries of medical equipment and other critical supplies to those who need them most.

NiceLabel’s labelling solution is to enable the organisations to produce new labels and add them to packaging to ensure the materials get to the pandemic’s front lines without delay.

The company said organisations that are likely to qualify include manufacturers that are refocussing their production towards critical healthcare supplies; farms and food producers; hospitals; and other critical businesses.

Ken Moir, NiceLabel vice-president of marketing, said the company wants to help eliminate any delays in the delivery of supplies by ensuring that labelling is never an obstacle.

“Our multi-tenant cloud platform allows us from a remote location to get labelling anywhere around the world – and to do it ultra-fast,” Moir said.

“We plan to use our capability to help manufacturers rapidly switch their product lines to key equipment and products needed in the fight against Covid-19 and to support the rapid delivery of those supplies to those battling this new virus on the front line.

“We are here to help, so we would encourage any organisation seeking out labelling support as they look to get key materials and equipment deliveries out to those who need it most, to get in touch with us today.”

Organisations needing help with labelling during the Covid-19 pandemic should register their interest at www.nicelabel.com/covid19.

Meanwhile, the Slovenia-based company has launched a global partner programme in the Asia-Pacific region.

NiceLabel said the programme would bring together a community of new and existing partners across the region in a structured and collaborative way.

Paul Vogt, channel marketing director at NiceLabel, said the labelling software market is maturing to the point where a partner programme is essential to bring structure, set expectations, and provide incentives.

“The technical and marketing support on offer, as well as access to NiceLabel skills and resources, helps partners support their customers’ digital transformation requirements and ultimately empowers users across industries,” he said.

“There is a high demand for our flagship solution, Label Management System, available both as on-premise and Label Cloud (software-as-a-service) solution.”

The new programme has three tiers: NiceLabel Integrator, NiceLabel Partner, and NiceLabel Reseller. The top two tiers, Integrators and Partners, are differentiated by their investment in technical competence. They have skills to configure, manage and deploy advanced NiceLabel-based solutions.
