The company, known for its commitment to quality, health, and sustainability, faced challenges in scaling production while maintaining the artisanal quality of its products. Manual packaging was no longer efficient, leading to inconsistent packaging quality.

The GSP 45 S, described as an entry-level machine, offers flexible solutions for medium-to-small products of varying sizes. Its key features include self-diagnostics for ease of use, a stand-alone application for independent operation, an integrated PLC for better automation, and a cantilever structure to enhance hygiene. Its adaptability ensures that diverse product sizes can be wrapped efficiently without compromising packaging quality.

Kav Vela, director at Oliver Lane Foods, shared his positive experience with Pacmatix, saying, “PacMatix immediately stood out due to their professionalism, expertise, and commitment to customer satisfaction. From the initial inquiry, Ettienne (Director of PacMatix) took the time to understand our unique product range and offered insightful recommendations. Their dedication to tailoring solutions specifically for our business needs was unmatched. Their after-sales support has also been exceptional.”

With this investment, Oliver Lane Foods has scaled production, reduced waste, and maintained its focus on delivering high-quality, sustainable products to customers.
