Former Tetra Pak Oceania managing director Andrew Pooch has joined C4C Packaging as a non-executive director. Pooch brings more than three decades of experience in food and beverage processing, packaging and commercial leadership to the Western Australian packaging company.

In his new role, Pooch will contribute to C4C’s growth strategy, risk oversight, corporate governance and stakeholder engagement.

“I am very pleased to be joining C4C Packaging, and assisting them to reshape the wine & RTD market,” Pooch said in a LinkedIn post.

C4C operates a co-packing facility at Nikola Estate in Western Australia’s Swan Valley, producing single-serve aseptic wine and alcoholic RTD beverages in Tetra Pak cartons. PKN previously reported on the establishment of the facility and the subsequent introduction of the single-serve aseptic wine format.

The facility, which was established in collaboration with Tetra Pak, uses the Tetra Prisma Aseptic 250ml Edge carton and DreamCap 26 Pro tethered cap for portion-pack formats.

C4C is expanding its commercial activities across Oceania, Europe and Asia, according to the company.

Pooch previously served as managing director of Tetra Pak Oceania, where he was involved in the food and beverage processing and packaging sector.
