The Australian Packaging Covenant Organisation (APCO) have shortlisted the finalists for the 2024 APCO Awards.

This year, in collaboration with the Banksia Foundation, a total of 55 organisations have been recognised for their achievements across eight different sustainable packaging categories.

This year’s awards build on APCO's legacy with diverse categories such as an SPGs Implementation Award, Reuse Award, Recycled Content Award, and more.

Notably, APCO introduced the new Australasian Recycling Label (ARL) Excellence Award this year, recognising those who have excelled in implementing the label on their packaging.

“These awards highlight the organisations who are paving the way for a stronger packaging future across Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands. We look forward to welcoming you all to our awards ceremony in November, where we will celebrate our winners,” said Chris Foley, CEO of APCO.

All winners will be announced at the awards ceremony on Thursday 21 November at the Doltone House in Sydney.

This event, open to the entire industry, will feature a sit-down dinner and drinks with stunning views of Sydney Harbour. Tickets are available to purchase here.
