The 2026 PKN Women in Packaging Awards will feature leadership strategist and founder of The Emma Logan Project, Emma Logan, as keynote speaker, bringing a timely conversation on leadership, resilience and influence to this year’s event.
Logan works with senior executives navigating growth, transition and high-performance leadership environments. Her keynote will explore how leadership expectations are evolving – and what it takes to lead with intention in increasingly complex and fast-moving workplaces.
After a career spanning New Zealand, London and Australia across marketing, media, leadership and industry engagement, Logan established The Emma Logan Project in response to a growing belief that many high-performing leaders excelled at delivering results, while often overlooking the broader influence and leadership impact they create along the way.
Her keynote at the Women in Packaging Awards will focus on the changing demands of leadership, particularly for women operating in high-performance sectors where stakeholder expectations, organisational complexity and pressure to innovate continue to intensify.
“Leadership today asks something different of us,” Logan tells PKN.
“Greater complexity. Faster change. Greater pressure to innovate and bring bold ideas across the line. At the same time, stakeholder dynamics, competing priorities and organisational complexity continue to rise, reshaping what leadership demands from us.”
Through insights from her founder journey and executive coaching work, Logan will explore what it takes to navigate complexity, strengthen influence and back yourself as a leader in environments where expectations are rising, change is constant and influence has become as important as capability.
The keynote is expected to resonate strongly with this year’s audience of packaging professionals, industry leaders and emerging talent, adding a leadership and personal development dimension to an evening that celebrates achievement across packaging innovation, design, sustainability, engineering, manufacturing, marketing and communications.
Now in its third year, the PKN Women in Packaging Awards recognises and celebrates the women helping shape the future of the packaging industry across Australia and New Zealand.
The PKN Women in Packaging Awards presentation evening will take place on 25 June from 6–9pm at Quarterhouse, Docklands in Melbourne.
The event will bring together finalists, industry leaders and colleagues for a night of networking, inspiration and celebration, culminating in the announcement of the 2026 category winners.
Bookings for the event are now open.
