THERE ARE STILL SOME PLACES LEFT FOR THE AIP & EMBERIN IGNITE MENTORING PROGRAM IN AUGUST. IF YOU HAVE BEEN MEANING TO REGISTER...

...OR HAVE JUST READ THE NEWS BELOW AND WISH TO, HERE'S WHERE TO DO THAT.

The AIP is a respected association. That it is supporting the development of women in the industries it represents is a major step forward for all women. The AIP and Emberin’s Ignite Packaging is a first for Australia and New Zealand. It is a self-paced development program with a proven learning format, designed to build personal and professional learning that is manageable, sustained and practical.

The program allows its participants to master new skills and techniques over a 12 week period and to create new patterns of behaviour, increased self-esteem and confidence in their own abilities. They will also have access to fortnightly webinars with guest speakers from within the packaging industry. More than 14,000 women in other industries have completed this program.

Ignite Packaging is a powerful tool for developing women’s thinking around their career and business – turning them into high-potential staff members.

It will also deliver a number of side-benefits to organisations including stronger engagement levels and a significantly improved culture.

The program provides organisations with a powerful employee brand and employee benefit tool – helping them to attract and retain women in their workforce.

The AIP believes there is a strong business case for attracting and retaining women across the packaging industry and Ignite Packaging addresses many of the obstacles experienced by women in a predominantly male workforce. Ignite Packaging is about ensuring that the women in this industry can be the best they can be.
