Effytec and its Oceania representative, HBM Packaging Technologies (Stand 549), will exhibit the new generation HB-14 horizontal FFS pouch machine.

The HB-14 is a popular machine for small to medium food producers and co-packers who need to switch between dry and liquid applications as it is suitable for a range of products including powders, granules, tablets, liquids, pastes and solids.

The HB-14 offers a variety of package formats such as four-sided seal flat sachets, pouches with shapes and pouches with hanger holes.

Other features of the machine include: a patented low inertia dual cam roller;  simplex or duplex configurations; parallel motion side sealing; up to 110 cycles per minute depending on the product, pouch size and material; low maintenance and high durability cutting device; machine set-up memory storage for each product / pouch; and compact machine design.
