tna has more than 6000 systems installed across more than 120 countries. Mark stand 17B/43 in your must visit list at interpack 2014. tna is putting its most forward-thinking systems on show.

Here are five:

Two different configurations of its 3ci high speed VFFS packaging machine will go on show. The tna robag FX 3ci RDJ 230 will demonstrate its ability to package powder applications such as coffee, sugar and flours at rapid speeds.

The tna robag FX 3ci RTJ 180 will show off its tna intelli-weigh 0314 omega multi-head scale, a tna hyper-detect metal detector and a labeller. This ultra-high speed system offers top throughput rates of 150-180bpm on snack foods, making it ideal for high volume packaging.

tna will also present the new tna robag FXIS 3ci for the fresh produce market. This system will combine the high speed polyethene (PE) rotary bagger with a tna intelli-weigh 0614 multi-head scale for fast, accurate weighing, and a newly designed tna roflo VM high throw conveyor for the rapid distribution of sticky products such as salad leaves.

The company’s latest spraying solutions will be put through their paces at interpack. Two display cabinets will demonstrate how superior oils application is achieved using tna’s high performance spinning disc spraying technology and variety of options for spray nozzles. For consistent application with minimum waste, the new tna intelli-spin 105 spinning disc spraying system achieves an even coating of liquid on the top of products such as confectionery. It is easily incorporated into an existing production line so it is ideal for the application of glazes such as sugar, milk, egg or shellac, water, oils, slurries and couverture or tempered chocolate.

Lastly, to show off its system automation and SCADA expertise, and the ease of integration of its equipment into existing lines, tna is creating a large re-circulating production line at its stand. The entire line will be controlled by a human machine interface (HMI) system which gives accurate machine and production data for operators. And it will demonstrate the tna intelli-flav OMS 5 and intelli-flav MLS 3 seasoning systems, and horizontal and vibratory tna roflo 3 conveyors.
