Italian specialist cosmetics packaging manufacturer Brivaplast has entered into a distribution agreement with Quadpack in the UK, Spain and Australia for exclusive rights to resell Brivaplast mascara, lip gloss and eyeliner containers in those territories.

Brivaplast is best known for its mascara brush and lip gloss technologies and also offers bespoke components and services.

“Brivaplast and Quadpack are a natural fit. We are able to offer an experienced and reputable route to market in the UK, Spain and Australia, while Brivaplast has a stronghold on innovation in high-tech colour cosmetics,” Quadpack chief executive, Tim Eaves, says.

“Our expert sales and marketing operation perfectly complements Brivaplast’s strength in research and development and manufacturing.

“We recently announced our intention to focus more on the colour cosmetics market and, pending a satisfactory trial period, a distribution agreement with Brivaplast would mark an important step forward in our strategic plan.”

The ISO 9001-certified Brivaplast is one of the few European manufacturers to have production plants in Italy and China, which Eaves says will enable Quadpack to deliver from two continents.
