Bespoke glass bottles will be used for a new range of iced tea from Nexba Beverages.

The limited-edition Christmas range features the brand's signature logo and bright colours.

Nexba, founded by entrepreneurs Troy Douglas and Drew Bilbe, won this year's Telstra Micro Business of the Year and has been recognised for supplying stylish, healthy beverage options.

The new sparkling ice tea range, in passionfruit, cranberry and apple natural flavours, will be sold in bespoke 1L glass bottles specially designed for Woolworths.

Bilbe said the launch into Woolworths marked a milestone for the business, and made Nexba beverages available in every major Australian retailer.

“With Australians becoming more aware of the harmful effects of sugary soft drinks, Nexba offers quality and taste but with less sugar and fewer calories,” he said.

The new ice tea range has only 4.9g of sugar per 100ml.

"By comparison, Coca Cola has more than double the sugar at 10.6g per 100ml.

“We want to give Australians as many better-for-you beverage options as possible,” Bilbe said.

“Our new sparkling Christmas flavours are the perfect drinks to help transition soft drink junkies off their daily addictions.”

The newest additions to the Nexba range brings the tally to 10 flavours, which include Brewnette, Australia’s first natural cola with green coffee extract, and Super Infusions, a super fruit-infused, sugar-free ice tea.

Winners of the 2025 round of the annual Australasian Packaging Innovation & Design (PIDA) Awards were announced at a gala night celebration for packaging professionals from across Australia and New Zealand.

Endeavour Group reported a 3.1 per cent fall in retail sales in 3Q25 compared to the same time last year (pcp) to $2.33 billion, citing subdued trade and supply chain disruptions from the December strikes at Woolworths warehouses still having an impact.

Inghams Group says the 2.2 per cent drop in core poultry volumes in the first nine months of FY25 compared to the same period in FY24 (pcp) was largely due to reduced processing to manage elevated inventory levels from 2H24.
