ADM Packaging Automation will be showing the newly developed ADM-XD20 in its range of stand-up pouch filling machines. This machine incorporates top-end technology from Festo and Schneider, and features an Omron temperature controller and Panasonic PLCs and HMI. Most parts are supplied locally or off the shelf.

The machine’s flexibility makes it easily adaptable to a wide range of bag sizes and styles, up to a 10-litre capacity. It can package pre-made pillow, gusseted, quadseal or Doypouch bags.

The ADM-XD20 has a fast change-over time, and can reach speeds of 15 bags per minute.
The stand-up pouch filler’s stainless steel construction allows for multiple applications ranging from food and confectionery to pharmaceuticals and cosmetics.

ADM Packaging Automation handled every aspect of this design project in-house, from concept to design through to manufacture.
