Airopack dispensers are driven by clean, fresh air. And the Airopack company is driven by sustainability imperatives.
Airopack is a safe, all-plastic pressurised dispenser that is environmentally friendly: no inhalation risks, no harmful propellants and no unnecessary waste.
How does it work? The pressure control device (PCD) is an ingenious, high-precision pressure regulator. Airopack simply combines this unique system with an air-pressure reservoir for constant controlled flow product dispensing. Airopack maintains optimal performance across a wide range of different product formulation characteristics. It provides a continuous dispensing flow from start to finish with zero strokes to prime and with 360 degrees dispensing possibilities.
Is it right for my brand? A range of applicator nozzles and different pack volumes is available. In short, there is an Airopack for every brand and application. It dispenses optimally no matter what size of package or the type of applicator you choose. Airopack offers a wide range of standard product formulations, but should you want something different, Airopack's laboratory team will partner with your R&D team to develop custom formulations for filling into Airopack in world class production facilities.
What about my pack design? Airopack offers the possibility for transparent packaging to show off your product on shelf. And it offers decorative options such as printing, labelling and shrink-sleeve to highlight your brand identity and maximise shelf differentiation.
Airopack is already in use by global brands like Elizabeth Arden. Elizabeth Arden selected Airopack firstly because it is environmentally friendly, safe, all-plastic and pressurised. And secondly, because it helps the company to lower its ecological footprint. It uses 42% less energy and emits 74% less CO2 to dispense the new Ceramide Self-Foaming Cleanser, for example.
The Elizabeth Arden Ceramide products are being produced for distribution to more than 120 countries worldwide through the Airopack Full Service Operation. Dispensers are produced, filled, sleeved and packed to Elizabeth Arden’s high specification standards with a guaranteed flawless, on-time market introduction.
Airolux AG, a joint venture between I.P.S. Innovative Packaging Solutions AG and Resilux NV, has a 5 year supply agreement for the delivery of Airopack with Procter & Gamble. P&G's first Airopack packaged products are due on shelf in the next few months. Target's Method brand of home fresheners is due to be released in weeks.
