Cama Australia (Stand 528) will be featuring its monoblock secondary packaging system, part of the Cama BreakThrough Generation range.

The newly established subsidiary of the Cama Group, Cama Australia will be  demonstrating its expertise in high technology secondary packaging systems and machinery.

With a unique machine range (Packaging Division) and robotic loading units (Robotic Division), Cama has the capability to offer completely integrated packaging lines from primary packages all the way through to final packaging ready for palletising.

A highlight on the stand will be the IF 316 ‘new style’ monoblock secondary packaging system, part of Cama’s BreakThrough Generation range. It’s a compact machine, consisting of a carton former plus product loading system with integrated Delta robot and carton closing system.

In common with other machines in the BreakThrough Generation range, the IP316’s frame is open, with easy access to all parts. Electrical cabinets are integrated in the machines frame (also available in stainless steel). It also features soft touch buttons with new light indicators integrated in the machine’s four columns.

Specific to the IF315 is a loading system comprising one single RB590 robot, infeed conveyor with multiple loading pockets; a new compact forming system, with cam picker and transporter; a new integrated closing system, with pneumatic regulation and lidding system; and full Allen Bradley motion control.

To find out more, read more about the IF 316 in PKN Jan-Feb 2015, p. 26 and visit the Cama Australia team on stand 528.
