India-based flexible packaging materials and solutions company Uflex has launched a new type of 3D packaging for rice.

The pack's front, back, and bottom laminates comprise a three-layered matte BOPP/ MET PET/ Poly structure with premium matte finish.

The side gussets are made of PET/ PET/ Transparent Poly, and the side gusset comes fitted with an easy-use handle.

The transparent side gussets allow the consumer to see the product packed inside.

The front face of the pack has a Slide to Close (STC) re-closable zipper that allows easy access to the product packed inside, with seal integrity for deferred use.

No two products are likely to be the same due to the high element of customisation factored into the design.
