Beauty packaging manufacturer Quadpack has launched a Haircare Collection covering packaging formats for products including hair serums, oils, masks, conditioners and scalp treatments.

ShapeUp Tube's formula is dispensed in a custom shape: a sun burst, a flower, a smiley, a logo, extruded through a patterned plate attached to the head.

The collection includes bottles, tubes and jars with different dispensing and application methods, as well as recyclable, refillable and monomaterial options.

“The collection comprises key packaging solutions that offer multiple application methods for different types of hair products, from serums, waxes and oils, to hair masks, conditioners and scalp treatments,” said Mégane Bereyziat, product manager at Quadpack.

For scalp treatments, serums and oils, the collection includes the Dropify Bottle and Dropify Pen, which use soft-button dispensing to control dosage. The systems can also be used with reusable applicator heads and refill programmes.

The Skin-Up Bottle is available in glass with either a teat or push-button dropper, while the Wanderer dropper tube uses a flow-control disc to dispense serums and oils.

For conditioners, deep treatments and hair masks, the Central Dispensing Bottle and Central Dispensing Tube use a quarter-turn opening and closing mechanism. The formats are made from PP and PE and are designed as monofamily solutions.

Dropify Pen features a premium PET bottle and dual soft-buttons, it enables effortless one-handed use for precise, controlled application.

The 200ml Regula PP Jar is made from 100 per cent PP at Quadpack’s facility in Kierspe, Germany. It is available with options including different wall thicknesses, materials, refill structures and capacities, with a 50ml version also available.

The ShapeUp Tube dispenses product through a patterned plate attached to the tube head, allowing the formula to be extruded in shapes including a sunburst, flower, smiley or logo.

For hair loss and other treatments, the collection includes the refillable Dropify Pen and Dropify Bottle, while the Arena Jar is available in PET and glass versions for haircare supplements and nutricosmetics.

Quadpack said the collection prioritises recyclable materials and monofamily designs where possible, with post-consumer recycled (PCR) content and refillable systems also included.

Skin-Up features teat silicone dropper with PP or aluminum collar and glass pipette with LDPE wiper available to avoid messy application.

The company said each solution in the collection has a life-cycle assessment to help brands measure environmental impact and calculate Scope 3 emissions in preparation for regulations including the Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR).

The collection also includes decoration and finishing options, including hot foil stamping, screen printing, colour gradients and tactile finishes.
