FlexCAM recently hosted Franck Bertrand, sales director of Tecma Aries, in Australia for a comprehensive two-week review of customer projects, and emerging industry trends across the region.

During Bertrand’s visit, FlexCAM and Tecma Aries worked closely with customers to explore solutions for mixed flavours and differing SKUs, including both traditional and robotic palletising. Discussions also covered wraparound, hooded and tray case packers, innovative inverted bottle handling, sachet and pillow bag packers, cup and tub packing, tray formers, and sustainable packaging options in compact board, microwave board and corrugated materials, in either virgin or recycled materials.

Formed in 2014 through the merger of Tecma Pack and Aries Packaging, Tecma Aries Group has established itself as a global leader in turnkey end of packaging line solutions. With more than 200 employees across multiple international sites and over 30 years of expertise, the group delivers high-performance, fully validated projects for standalone machines, integrated machines through to complete packaging lines.

Tecma Aries specialises in advanced robotic case packing, sleeving, overwrapping and palletising technologies. Their high-speed robotic sleevers achieve outputs of up to 500 packs per minute and can be seamlessly coupled or integrated with a high-speed top-loading or wraparound packer and palletiser to create a complete end-of-line solution. Complete systems are capable of handling up to 1000 units per minute, packed and palletised ready for dispatch.

With extensive experience across the pet food, dairy and broader food sectors, Tecma Aries is recognised for delivering bespoke, high-performance packaging systems tailored to individual production requirements.

As Tecma Aries’ representative across Oceania, FlexCAM provides comprehensive local support. With more than 50 machine and robotic installations across the region, customers benefit from specialist in-country expertise backed by global engineering capability.
