The CP3rs is equipped with the deep reach Active Tool, which allows it to efficiently load products into various deep-fill cases, including RPC, SRP, cartons, and collapsible cases. Its automatic quick release tooling and recipe-based control system enable seamless transitions to shallow fill cases, enhancing its versatility and efficiency.

Nick Severn, product line manager at Proseal, stated, “At Proseal, we understand that constant innovation is essential to stay ahead of the evolving demands of the food packaging industry. Our new technology is designed to seamlessly support our partners, addressing their unique constraints while enabling them to meet their needs with maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.”

Key features of the CP3rs include an ultra-compact footprint suitable for production environments with limited space, deep reach Active Tool capability for handling deep-fill cases efficiently, and a reversible tray feed and box feed that adapts to various applications.

Additional standard features from the CP series include a recipe-driven control system that enables fast product changes, an automatic quick release tool lock that simplifies tooling changes, and a user-friendly control panel that provides step-by-step setup guides.

Optional features for the CP3rs include pack turning conveyors, full line integration with Proseal equipment, and customizable delivery and discharge systems tailored to specific factory layouts.
