Lumix Procut, supplier of machinery and tools to the meat and poultry industries, has introduced the MHS Schneidetechnik FS 800 intelligent cutter to the Australian market, which the company says is designed for butchers “who demand precision, flexibility, and high performance”.

The FS 800 has the ability for up to 400 cuts per minute across a variety of different products.

According to the company, with features like an intuitive Full-HD touchscreen and the ability to slice a wide variety of products, the FS800 “makes portioning easier than ever”.

The FS 800 is capable of up to 400 cuts per minute across a variety of different products, while its integrated scales, according to the company, “ensures precise cutting results”.

The FS 800 is said to easily slice bone-in products such as meat, chops, neck or boneless products such as bacon, steaks, roulades, sausages, cold cuts, cheese and fish. It is also ideal for portioning cooked and processed products such as roasts, fish and meat loafs.

The budget-friendly machine eliminates the need for a separate shape press machine or blast chiller, which the company says will streamline production processes.

In addition, the machine also allows the processing of frozen products down to approximately -8°C.

“At Lumix Procut, we pride ourselves on delivering the most advanced, efficient, and reliable food processing solutions to businesses across Australia and New Zealand,” said Anton Novopashin, partner and director at Lumix Procut.
