Kaeser Australia is reinforcing its commitment to the sector through a nationwide service network designed to provide maintenance, technical support and emergency assistance for compressed air installations across Australia.

The company's service operation is centred on its Dandenong headquarters and supported by Sales & Service Centres in Sydney, Brisbane, Mackay, Perth and Launceston, together with a network of authorised service partners covering regional locations.

A key feature of the Kaeser Air Service offering is the ability for factory-trained technicians to maintain both Kaeser equipment and many third-party compressor brands, enabling manufacturers to consolidate servicing across multiple compressed air assets under a single provider.

Technicians operate from fully equipped service vehicles carrying genuine replacement parts, while a 24-hour emergency support hotline is available for urgent breakdown assistance.

In addition to routine maintenance, Kaeser provides compressed air system audits aimed at improving energy efficiency and identifying air leaks that can increase operating costs. The company also offers certified air receiver testing to assist facilities in meeting Australian compliance requirements.

For packaging manufacturers, Kaeser says its compressor packages combine air generation with integrated treatment systems to deliver the clean, dry compressed air required for pneumatic automation, filling operations and other production processes.
