Inspection Systems has been appointed as the exclusive distributor of Trivision quality control systems in Australia and New Zealand.

Denmark-based Trivision is a global player in automated packaging inspection solutions for the food and pharmaceutical industries.

This strategic partnership, the companies say, brings Trivision’s advanced technologies to local manufacturers seeking to boost product quality, ensure compliance, and reduce waste on their production lines.

“We’re excited to partner with Trivision and represent their world-class systems in our region,” said Brad Grubb, director of Inspection Systems.

“Their intuitive, data-driven inspection solutions align perfectly with our mission to deliver smarter, more sustainable quality control. This partnership allows us to offer cutting-edge tools that help our clients improve efficiency, minimise risk, and meet stringent industry standards.”

Trivision systems are designed to automate and enhance inspection processes across critical packaging elements, including label and artwork inspection; print and date code quality; barcode verification; and seal integrity analysis.

Trivision's technology enables real-time defect detection, which the company says will drive down costs associated with product recalls and waste, while boosting operational performance.

Inspection Systems will provide full sales, service, and support for Trivision solutions throughout Australia and New Zealand, ensuring local manufacturers have access to the technology, as well as a responsive technical support.
