A Thurne slicer that has been designed for cheese and cooked meat is being put to work on Linco’s stand at B185.

The PolySlicer 1000 comes with a choice of orbital or involute blades, and can operate as a standalone unit or as part of an integrated fixed or catch weight system. It can also produce a range of pack formats including shingled, stacked, staggered, shaved, portioned, folded or interleaved presentations, and.variety packs.
