Amcor non-executive director Paul Brasher is stepping down due to health problems.

Brasher, who joined Amcor’s board more than five years ago, will retire as of 30 September to deal with his medical issues. He will step down from all listed company commitments, including at Amcor and at Incitec Pivot, which manufactures fertilisers, chemicals, and explosives.

At Amcor, Brasher has served as member and chair of the Audit Committee, and on the Executive Committee.

“Brasher is retiring after over five years of service, and his fellow directors thank him for the significant contribution he has made to the company’s development during his tenure,” the Board wrote.
