A B Graphic International (ABG), represented in the ANZ market by Currie Group, will present its latest finishing equipment innovations at Labelexpo Europe 2025, held from 16 to 19 September at Fira de Barcelona, Gran Via, Spain.

The company will demonstrate new automation and efficiency features designed to reduce operator input, minimise downtime and increase productivity. Among the equipment on show is the AMS (Automatic Matrix Stripping) module, which simplifies material waste handling and offers various disposal options. The AMS will be featured on both a Converter at ABG’s stand (3E41) and a Digicon at HP’s stands (5E25 and 5D21).

Visitors can also see the DigiLase Duo, equipped with dual lasers and the new Repeat Flow functionality. This feature allows smooth switching between different intermittent cutting shapes to improve flexibility and cutting speed. Two live jobs will run throughout the event to demonstrate these capabilities.

The DigiLite with ABG Connect system will be displayed at the HP stand, showing an automatic set-up process to speed up machine preparation.

ABG will display re-register lamination on its Digicon press with the new ABG InkJet module, which prints variable data directly onto the adhesive layer, meeting the needs of multi-layer labels and new legislative labelling standards.

The company will also demonstrate applications including RFID insertion for track-and-trace labelling, shrink sleeve solutions for full-body branding, and booklet machines for producing multi-layer information-rich labels. These developments support converters looking to diversify and enter new markets.

Across both ABG and HP stands, 14 machines will operate live, including 10 ABG and 4 HP machines. Demonstrations and presentations will cover automation, workflow integration, linerless solutions, automated packaging lines and FlexPack developments.

ABG will introduce its new Flex Pack division, launched in partnership with an unnamed collaborator, expanding the company’s flexible packaging offerings.

Matt Burton, ABG global sales director, said, “We’re introducing advances in automation, laser cutting, inkJet technology and expanding into automated packaging lines. This year, we’re stepping up our efforts with new end-to-end solutions that help customers overcome challenges, reduce production bottlenecks and ultimately grow their business. It’s all about giving customers more capability, greater efficiency and increased control, wherever they operate.”
