A B Graphic International (ABG), represented in Australia and New Zealand by Currie Group, will exhibit its Flex Pack workflow at interpack 2026 in Düsseldorf on 7–13 May. The company will appear on the Galaxy Packtech stand in Hall 8a / F49.

The exhibition brings together the three parts of ABG’s Flex Pack strategy, pouch converting, lamination and digital embellishment, demonstrated together in a live production environment as part of a joint display with Galaxy Packtech.

Live demonstrations will centre on the Galaxy GS-24 Plus 200 pouch-making system, which can produce stand-up, three-side-seal, quad-seal, gusseted and shaped pouches. The system features digital control of pulling, sealing and cutting parameters, recipe-based job storage for faster make-ready times, and live production data feedback accessible via smartphone or tablet.

ABG will also show its ThermoLam thermal laminator, a compact modular system designed for applications including snacks, pet food, cosmetics, wet wipes, and tea and coffee packaging. The laminator combines pre-heating, cooling, corona treatment and slitting processes on a single platform and runs at speeds of up to 120 metres per minute. It also features a smaller footprint and front-loading roll access.

Completing the workflow is PouchJet, ABG’s digital inkjet printing solution designed to integrate with the Galaxy pouch-making platform for in-line embellishment. The system allows digital embellishment and late-stage customisation, with embellishment height adjustable from 10 to 250 microns.

Matt Burton, global sales director at ABG, said, “interpack represents an important milestone for ABG as we present the full Flex Pack capability for the first time. Our partnership with Galaxy allows us to bring together pouch making, lamination and digital embellishment within a connected production workflow, giving customers a practical route into flexible packaging with technology designed for efficiency, flexibility and future growth.”

ABG said it will soon open a Flex Pack Centre of Excellence in Girona, Spain, where customers can see pouch converting, lamination and digital embellishment technologies demonstrated together. The centre will also allow visitors to test materials and explore applications with ABG specialists.

Flex Pack specialists Vicky Roberts and Mike Shannon will be available on the stand during the exhibition to discuss applications and production requirements with visitors.
