Australian-based manufacturer Zipform Packaging’s expert packaging team will be showcasing its award winning linear formed composite packaging (PIDA Awards 2021, WorldStar Awards 2022) alongside its broad range of fibre packaging for multiple markets.

Zipform’s composite packs contain over 90 per cent fibre, are deemed kerbside recyclable through PREP and contain over 60 per cent recycled content – they already meet the 2025 National Packaging Targets for brand owners.

In addition, the stand will feature Zipform’s latest developments with respect to recycling and reuse, specifically, developments in fibre overcaps and innovations in packaging materials driving fibre content still higher.

Coupled with the packaging’s sustainability credentials, Zipform will also be demonstrating what printing technologies and innovations are available for the integrated printed layer, as well as showing the packs’ versatility incorporating printed bottoms and laser etching.

Zipform’s innovative linear-formed composite pack technology has begun to make significant inroads into the retail space, and as more technical developments and innovations flow through, the business is expecting to grow rapidly.

Already investing significantly in enhancements for its manufacturing line in Perth, the company will be looking to announce at AUSPACK new capacity coming on stream later in 2022.
