Among the first-time exhibitors at AUSPACK is Pacmatix, which supplies flow-wrapping systems from Techno-pak and GSP, as well as other equipment.

The GSP equipment is aimed at the entry level and shorter volume markets, while the Techno-pak solutions are aimed at high-volume work. Both are Italian-based.

Pacmatix managing director Ettienne van Vuuren talks to PKN associate editor Wayne Robinson on the reasons the company has achieved a 97 per cent satisfaction rating on its service, and on the equipment it is supplying.
